As a Senior Learning Experience Architect (LXA) at Infopro Learning Inc., you will play a significant role in shaping and advancing client projects. Your expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and cutting-edge technologies will be essential as you lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning programs aligned with clients" business objectives. You will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor the Instructional Design team, promote a culture of continuous learning and development, and actively engage in process improvement and strategic initiatives aligned with the company's vision. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Learning Needs Analysis: - Develop a competency framework through job-task analysis. - Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within and outside the organization. - Identify the necessity for learning interventions across various organizational levels and departments. - Create Learning Strategies and Learning Program Design with a Focus on Measuring Effectiveness: - Collaborate with Sales/Pre-sales teams to formulate comprehensive learning strategies and proposals. - Design impactful and interactive curricula, select suitable learning methodologies, and create engaging learning materials. - Supervise the development of learning solutions and evaluate their effectiveness using various assessment methods. - Lead Instructional Design Teams: - Provide guidance and mentorship to Instructional Design teams. - Deliver structured feedback to improve individual and team performance. - Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development within and beyond the organization. - Provide Thought Leadership in the Domain: - Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies. - Participate in industry events and forums to showcase thought leadership. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate innovative tools into training programs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. - Advanced degrees or certifications in adult learning, instructional design, organizational psychology, Gen AI are highly preferred. - Typically, a minimum of 15+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field is expected.
