Sr Manager HR ( Organization Development )

The Senior Manager – Human Resources (OD & Cultural Transformation) will be responsible for designing and implementing organization development strategies, driving cultural transformation initiatives, and enhancing leadership and employee effectiveness across the organization. The role requires a proactive HR leader with strong exposure to manufacturing environments, people analytics, and change management practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Organizational Behavior from a reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution.

Experience:

• 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in OD, change management, or cultural transformation roles.
• Experience in a

  manufacturing or heavy industry setup
