Sr Manager - HCC Coding

You are looking for a Senior Manager in Medical Coding for HCC at CorroHealth. As a Senior Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - Holding a coding certification from AHIMA/AAPC such as CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CRC, etc. - Demonstrating a minimum of 12-20 years of medical coding experience in a professional setting - Working across various coding specialties and operations - Managing people and processes effectively - Supervising Senior Group Leaders, Group Leaders, Assistant Managers, and Managers to ensure the availability of Coding Executives meets SLA requirements - Analyzing client requests and needs to make informed decisions on resource allocation - Increasing value add and revenue share from clients - Implementing client requirements and goals strategically - Managing revenue and costs at both client and organizational levels - Ensuring operational excellence and high performance from Associates through mentoring, training, and capacity planning - Creating awareness to drive projects, process improvement strategies, and maximize operational efficiency To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Possess a minimum of 12 years of coding experience - Have specific experience in HCC Coding - Hold certification from AAPC/AHIMA like CPC, CRC, etc. - Strongly recommended to have coding experience - Exhibit excellent leadership skills If you are interested in this position, please share your resume with Durga HR at durgadevi.chandrasekaran@corrohealth.com.
