Sr. Manager, Data Solutions Marketing

As a Senior Manager in the Customer Marketing team at Labcorp, you will play a crucial role in driving outbound Marketing campaigns to strategically position and grow the expanding portfolio of data-driven products and services within the Diagnostics and BioPharma business segments. Your expertise will be pivotal in reaching the target audience effectively and enabling the sales teams to leverage marketing programs efficiently. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - **Go-to-Market Execution:** - Implement GTM strategies in collaboration with Product Marketer and business teams. - **Product Innovation:** - Stay updated on customer feedback, innovation trends, and competitive activities to shape product roadmap and innovation strategies. - **Product Evangelism:** - Champion existing products internally and externally to enhance brand visibility and drive adoption. - **Strategic Market Positioning:** - Identify key market segments and personas, tailor messaging and positioning strategies for effective reach and resonance. - **Campaign Management:** - Design, execute, and optimize campaign plans to meet business objectives, ensuring lead qualification and nurturing. **Requirements:** - 12+ years of mandatory Marketing experience. - Understanding of Diagnostics and/or BioPharma industry preferred. - Experience in large global matrix organizations. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, MBA with Marketing focus is a plus. - Domain expertise in marketing data and technology, Diagnostics industry, and healthcare ecosystem preferred. - Proven track record in marketing strategy, planning, and implementation through multi-channel approaches. - Proficiency in marketing automation tools like Eloqua and CRM databases. - Strong project management, communication, and data analysis skills.
