Job Description

Role Overview: In the pursuit of answers, scaling Labcorp's data and tech solutions allows the company to lead in AI, demonstrate innovation, and discover new ways to improve lives. As a Senior Manager in the Customer Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving outbound Marketing campaigns to strategically position and grow Labcorp's expanding portfolio of data-driven products and services in the Diagnostics and BioPharma business segments. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Labcorp's data-driven solutions and marketing cutting-edge innovations to diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Implement GTM strategies in collaboration with the Product Marketer and business teams - Stay informed about customer feedback, innovation trends, and competitive activities to inform product roadmap and innovation strategies - Champion existing products internally and externally to enhance brand visibility and drive adoption - Increase adoption of existing products among the target audience and create awareness and engagement for new products - Identify key market segments and personas, tailoring messaging and positioning strategies to effectively reach the target audience - Design, execute, and optimize campaign plans to deliver on business objectives - Manage campaign and annual marketing plan calendar & timelines - Guide content strategy and messaging architecture across all marketing channels - Analyze campaign performance data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive optimization - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaign plans effectively - Lead recurring meetings with key stakeholders to ensure timely execution of campaigns - Develop customer journeys to target the right message to the right audience at the right time - Ensure consistent brand experience, voice, and visuals across all marketing channels Qualification Required: - 12+ years of marketing experience - Experience in Diagnostics and/or BioPharma business within the healthcare industry preferred - Experience working in a large global matrix organization - Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or in Computer Science, AI, Data Science; MBA with a focus on Marketing is a plus - Understanding of marketing data and technology, Diagnostics industry, EHR data, and healthcare ecosystem preferred - Proven results with marketing program strategy, planning, development, and implementation through multi-channel approaches - In-depth knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and channel strategy - Expertise in marketing automation, especially Eloqua, and customer relationship manager (CRM) databases - Strong communication, copywriting, project management, and data analysis skills - Highly organized and effective communicator Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages individuals with a passion for marketing and an understanding of the Diagnostics business landscape to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
