Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure product quality.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or pharmacy.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the biotechnology industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
