Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop tailored financial solutions.
Engage clients with timely updates.
Acquire new clients via networking and referrals.
Grow AUM through strong relationships.
Review and rebalance portfolios.
Cross-sell wealth products (MFs, PMS, AIFs, FDs, Insurance).
Share market insights and research.
Coordinate marketing activities.
Ensure compliance and proper documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
7-12 years in
Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or Investment Advisory
Certifications:
AMFI / NISM certifications preferred (not mandatory but an added advantage)
Product Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with
Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, Fixed Deposits
, and other wealth instruments
Track Record:
Proven ability to
generate and manage a minimum AUM of 30 Cr
Client Handling:
Strong relationship management skills with exposure to HNI/UHNI client servicing
Communication:
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify financial concepts
Mindset:
Target-oriented, analytical, and emotionally stable under pressure
Compliance:
Familiar with documentation, regulatory norms, and internal process adherence
