NRI sales for a reputed Real Estate Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and manage sales for NRI clients across various geographies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI investors and channel partners.
  • Conduct virtual presentations, video calls, and property walkthroughs for international clients.
  • Provide end-to-end support in documentation, legal formalities, and transaction closure.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Stay updated with property trends, RERA guidelines, and market insights relevant to NRI buyers.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA with 5 + years of experience in Real Estate Sales (NRI/International market preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of property transactions, NRI taxation, and compliance.
  • Ability to work with international time zones and handle virtual client engagement.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
