Job Description

As a Senior Manager Human Resource at Genpact, you will be leading the HR function in the Corporate vertical, responsible for driving critical HR metrics for a sub-portfolio spanning across the globe. This role offers high transparency and significant growth potential, making it ideal for a self-starter who is energetic, adaptable, and deeply passionate about people. Working closely with leadership, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing HR strategy to foster a high-performance culture. Your key responsibilities will include driving governance on essential human resource metrics such as retention and cost management, collaborating with internal and external partners in areas like Compensation & Benefits, Staffing, HR Shared Services, and strategic HR interventions. Operating independently, you will prioritize employee satisfaction and team development, while also leading HR initiatives and best practices. Your role will involve direct interaction with customers, showcasing your strong client management skills. Additionally, you will be instrumental in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies. To excel in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or Masters in HR. Your ability to lead and mentor teams, coupled with your expertise in operations, will be critical for success in this position.
