1. Lead and manage Assembly Operations to meet daily production targets with desired quality, cost, and delivery standards. 2. Plan, organize, and optimize assembly line operations. 3. Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S. Required Candidate profile 4. Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams for seamless production flow. 5. Review assembly layouts, workflows, and equipment specifications for productivity improvements.
