• Should be working on production projects

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience (at least 8+ years) in ML/AI development, particularly in ML, with a strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy and Huggingface transformers
• Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures
• Familiarity with at least one of the two cloud platforms - Azure or AWS
• Proficiency in exposing the solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks such as FastAPI
• Experience with development tools such as Git and version control
• Experience deploying the solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc., to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking
• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Robust knowledge of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing, along with a sound understanding of visualization

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ML/DL, natural language processing, and computer vision models and algorithms to address complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand specific requirements and develop and integrate ML solutions into the existing technology stack.
• Analyze and improve the performance of existing ML/DL/AI models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and using advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning.
• Conduct research on the latest trends in Analytics, ML, AI, computer vision, and NLP, and incorporate new findings into the development process to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation for AI models, processes, and results to ensure transparency and ease of use for other team members.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ML engineers and data scientists.
• Work with the pre-sales team as an SME to gather requirements, conceptualize a solution, and present the same to clients
