  • Sourcing for Manufacturing sector

  • Ensuring availability of candidates meeting specific job criteria and cultural fitment as per client specifications.

  • Salary negotiation and follow ups.

  • Mentoring, coaching and motivating the team members towards effective target delivery consistently.

  • Preparation of individual status report, team status report and weekly report on requirements and submission.

  • Responsible for the accurate and thorough profiling of candidates to meet needs. Perform variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.

  • Sourcing profiles from various job portals like Naukri, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Monster, Times Job according to requirements.

  • Sourcing profiles through LinkedIn as well.

  • Sourcing profiles from portals database that are suitable for company requirements.

  • Screen, Filter and Audit the candidates CV sent by the Recruiters

  • Organizing interviews for candidates as requested

  • Counsel and coach candidates for interview

  • Check with the candidates if they have attended the interview

  • Negotiate the pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between candidates

  • Send details of candidates scheduled for interview

  • Get feedback from the candidates

  • Call candidates (Active / Inactive) to build and develop relationships

  • Draft New Requirements / Job Form as per in House requirement

  • Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview

  • To interview the candidates for checking their suitability for particular job profiles, expertize in interviewing technical professionals.
  • Constantly explore and implement sourcing methodologies as appropriate.

    Provide advice on market conditions.

  • Support other team members in their daily activities.

  • Work to achieve and aim to exceed agreed personal and team targets and objectives

  • Travel as required.

  • To maintain and monitor all databases, management reports and documentation.

  • Maintain knowledge of the client and candidate markets.

  • Develop knowledge of Recruitment best practice, Account Management.
