Non IT Recruiter

Job Description: As a Non-IT Recruiter at Sankar IAS Academy in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for academic and administrative roles. Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, coordinating with department heads for final selection, maintaining recruitment trackers and documentation, and supporting onboarding processes. It is crucial that you possess strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and at least 12 years of recruitment experience. Prior experience in educational institutions or service sectors will be an advantage. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA in HR being preferred. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for effective coordination with both candidates and department heads. Additionally, you should be willing to relocate to or reside in Coimbatore. This is a full-time, on-site position with a day shift schedule. Fluency in English is required, and a minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience is necessary.
