Non IT Recruiter

As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, crafting accurate job descriptions, and posting openings on various platforms. Your sourcing strategies will attract potential candidates, and you will conduct initial screening interviews to assess their fit and interest. You will schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Your negotiation skills will be essential when extending job offers and finalizing terms with selected candidates. Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality will also be part of your duties. Experience in bulk/mass/volume hiring is a must-have for this role, while immediate joiners are preferred. The work location is in person at Madipakkam, Chennai, with shift timings from 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST. This is a full-time position requiring 1-4 years of experience in recruitment.
