Job Description

Designation : Production Executive Job Location: Jigani-Bengaluru Job Purpose: To oversee and optimize the daily production operations of our disinfectant and floor cleaning manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes, quality control, and compliance with safety standards while meeting production targets and deadlines. Role and Responsibilities: Supervise daily manufacturing operations for disinfectant and floor cleaning product lines Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines and production targets Monitor production efficiency metrics and implement improvements to optimize output Coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate raw material availability Manage production staff, including shift scheduling, performance reviews, and training Ensure all products meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime Enforce adherence to safety protocols and procedures in the production facility Lead safety training programs and incident prevention initiatives Ensure proper handling of chemicals and hazardous materials Maintain accurate production records and documentation Prepare regular production reports for management review Document standard operating procedures for all production processes Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and equipment Knowledge of quality control systems and regulatory requirements for cleaning products Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols Experience with production planning and inventory management Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Experience: Production Supervisor : 2 years (Required) Language: Kannada OR Hindi (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
