As an Engagement Manager in Life Sciences Consulting at Sigmoid, you will play a crucial role in driving the business-analytics roadmap and managing stakeholders effectively. Your responsibilities will include leading client workshops to articulate and solve complex business problems through data science and AI. You will be expected to define business problems concisely, consolidate findings, hypothesize solutions, and measure how they improve clients" objectives. Independently engaging with customers, presenting solutions convincingly in an ever-changing environment, and contributing to team management will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Own & drive execution of the business-analytics roadmap by demonstrating techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities - Lead client workshops to articulate and solve ambiguous business problems through data science and AI - Define business problems concisely, consolidate findings, hypothesize solutions, and measure their impact on clients" objectives - Independently engage with customers, present solutions convincingly, and question the customer when required - Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities like IITs / NITs and MBA from Top Tier B-schools (IIMs) preferred - 8-10 years of professional work experience in prominent CPG or Lifesciences analytics domains - Exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with a blend of creativity and logical thought - Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis - Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles, conversant with process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics, and architecture assessments - Demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite/ leadership level or senior management level in the industry Desired Skills: - Understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms - Strong project management and team management skills with the ability to work with global teams - Hands-on quantitative experience with analytical tools - Providing inputs to sales and pre-sales activities - Self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance Join Sigmoid to be part of a fast-paced diverse environment that encourages teamwork, challenges the status quo, and provides opportunities to push the boundaries of what is possible in the field of data analytics.,
