Senior Leasing & Sales Executive

Department: Sales
Location: SB Road, Pune

Role Objective

To maximize sales and occupancy by leading leasing and sales of residential and commercial projects. The role requires generating and converting leads, building strong client and channel partner relationships, negotiating effectively, and ensuring timely closures to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing

  • Handle the end-to-end leasing process: prospecting, property tours, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, brokers, and channel partners to generate leasing opportunities.
  • Track and manage lease renewals, expiries, and tenant queries to maintain high occupancy levels.
  • Coordinate with the accounts/legal team for agreement drafting, renewals, and compliance.

Sales

  • Conduct site visits, explain project features, and support clients in decision-making.
  • Build long-term relationships with HNIs, investors, and retail buyers.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and sales trends to stay competitive.
  • Work closely with channel partners to drive sales conversions.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales and leasing processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (clients, brokers, channel partners).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in real estate leasing and/or sales.
  • Proven track record of successful deal closures.
  • Experience in both residential and commercial projects preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Leasing occupancy achieved.
  • Sales revenue generated.
  • Number of closures per month/quarter.
  • Lead-to-closure conversion ratio.
  • Client satisfaction and retention.
