Sr. Leasing and Sales Executive

Role Overview: As a Senior Leasing & Sales Executive at Mirchandani Group, located in SB Road, Pune, your main objective will be to maximize sales and occupancy by leading leasing and sales activities for residential and commercial projects. This role involves generating and converting leads, building strong client and channel partner relationships, negotiating effectively, and ensuring timely closures to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the end-to-end leasing process including prospecting, property tours, negotiations, and deal closures. - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, brokers, and channel partners to generate leasing opportunities. - Track and manage lease renewals, expiries, and tenant queries to maintain high occupancy levels. - Coordinate with the accounts/legal team for agreement drafting, renewals, and compliance. - Conduct site visits, explain project features, and support clients in decision-making. - Build long-term relationships with HNIs, investors, and retail buyers. - Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and sales trends to stay competitive. - Work closely with channel partners to drive sales conversions. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field. - 5-7 years of experience in real estate leasing and/or sales. - Proven track record of successful deal closures. - Experience in both residential and commercial projects preferred.
