Job Description

Design and engineering of DCS, ESD, FGS, PLCs, OFC network, IT network, PAGA, CCTV, Security automation systems
Responsible for in house conceptual design and feasibility studies.
Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics team for on-time delivery of Project materials to site
Coordination with Engineering Consultant and Vendors.
Engineering interface management, inter-disciplinary co-ordination for various packages and equipment.
Control system risk assessment at various stages, engineering, site execution, hook up, commissioning, SAT
Shutdown planning for site installation,
Interface management with O&M
Ensure compliance project objectives
Ensure compliance with project schedule
Prepare Project close out including lessons learnt

Education Requirement :

BE/ BTech in Instrumentation from recognized University

Experience Requirement :

Overall experience of 15 to 20 years in Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industry.
Preferred Experience in executing at least one brown field modification project in large oil and gas facilities
Candidate should have worked on detail engineering, commissioning of at least one project in Oil and Gas / Petrochemical

Skills & Competencies :

Should be well conversant with DCS, ESD, FGS, communication network, PLCs
Should be conversant and hands on experience in Invensys DCS, ESD, FGS systems, Honeywell FGS system, CCTV system, AB, Siemens PLCs and networking
Should be well conversant with applicable National and International standards IEC, ISA, NFPA, API, etc. for the application and selection of Instruments and Control Systems.
Should be conversant with the review of engineering documents like P&IDs, Plant and equipment layouts, Instrument index, Instrument selection / data sheets, Instrument layouts, Instrument data base, Logic and control loop diagrams, wiring diagrams etc.
Should have cross discipline function knowledge Process, Piping, electrical, mechanical.
Knowledge of InTools
Should be familiar with the following:
- - Applicable statutory codes and requirements in Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Industry
  - HSE rules and guidelines
Good oral and written communication skills
Team player
Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
