About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Lead Generation Representative to join our team in Gurugram. This role is focused on generating high-quality leads for our sales team through targeted outreach across multiple channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in working with US-based clients or companies and possess exceptional communication and research skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to identify and qualify prospects in the US market.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
• Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build a high-quality prospect database.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach and lead interactions in CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Requirements
• Proven experience working with US-based companies in a lead generation or inside sales role.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (neutral or US accent preferred).
• Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and lead research platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on delivering measurable results.
