Job Title : Sr. Developer
Job Summary : As a Sr. Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Spring technologies and Java. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance asset and wealth management processes. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site during day shifts.

Responsibilities :
Develop robust and scalable applications using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development projects.
Implement Spring Integration to ensure seamless communication between different systems and applications.
Utilize Java programming skills to write clean efficient and maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth functioning of applications.
Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Work closely with the asset and wealth management teams to understand domain-specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing appropriate measures.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Spring Framework and Java to enhance development practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of applications. Qualifications -
Extensive experience in Spring Cloud Spring Boot and Spring Integration is required.
Proficiency in Java and Spring MVC is essential for developing high-quality applications.
Familiarity with COTS Products in BFS Asset & Wealth Management is a nice-to-have skill.
Strong understanding of Spring Core and Spring Framework is necessary for effective application development.
Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for troubleshooting and optimizing applications.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
