As a technology company powering the global travel industry, Sabre creates innovative solutions using next-generation technology to address complex challenges and opportunities in travel. Your role will involve managing or performing tasks related to the organization's information technology resources, telecommunication systems, and software/database products. You will be responsible for developing IT strategies, policies, and plans, maintaining technology resources, training users, programming software for external customers, and managing internet products and operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of IT resources - Develop IT strategies, policies, and plans - Train and support technology users - Program software/database products for external customers - Manage telecommunications network planning and operations - Participate in incident and customer bridges - Coordinate with various teams to determine business impact and mitigation actions - Maintain incident tickets for data quality - Conduct follow-ups to determine root cause and mitigation actions - Execute the enterprise Incident Management process - Interface with Change and Problem Management Teams - Conduct proactive incident management and other IT Service Management tasks **Qualifications Required:** - 4-year degree/post-4-year degree with 2-4 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience - Developing professional expertise with the ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve various issues - Impact decisions and actions that contribute to the success of the team or department - Build productive internal/external working relationships - Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action The Incident/Problem Manager plays a crucial role in commanding significant incidents, ensuring timely restoration of service, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include tracking activities to resolve business impact, facilitating incident bridges, coordinating with various teams, and executing the Incident Management process to maintain operational stability.
