You will be responsible for serving as a Telecom Commissioning Engineer for the NFPS EPC2 project based in Tianjin, China. Your primary mission will be to ensure the safe commissioning, start-up, and maintenance execution of Telecommunication Systems in compliance with HSE rules, legislative regulations, and international standards. Your key tasks will include: - Ensuring that all activities within your area of responsibilities are carried out in full compliance with HSE requirements. - Acknowledging the involvement of your job role in the PTW system and verifying the safety measures described in the PTW for your job role involvement, including area preparation and restoration. - Identifying and controlling hazards to prevent damage to equipment, personnel, and the environment. - Executing Tests/Inspections as per the Project documentation, working closely with your team of technicians and Vendors. - Logging the Test results into the approved Tests/Inspection forms and reports.,

You should have knowledge in ICT and ELV systems designs with at least 3 years of relevant experience. A degree in Electronics, Computer Systems, Mechatronics, Information Systems, or Control & Automation Engineering is required. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is necessary. You should also be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit for BIM, and MS Office applications. Additionally, you need to have basic knowledge and understanding of electronics systems design, covering network architecture, telecommunication systems, and ELV systems including CCTV, radio systems, PABX, and cable ducting/structured cabling systems. Basic knowledge in digital solutions such as digital twins, automations, A.I., and IoT applications is also expected. Prepare engineering documents including system architecture diagrams, equipment layouts, cable routing, and integration schemes. Conduct technical evaluations, vendor coordination, and support during FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.
