Position Summary

Position responsible for customer conversation over email. Ensure triaging of email requests to correct department and timely response (over email) to End Customers / Brokers on their queries related to requested documents Bills, Renewal Letters, Certificates, Enrollment letters etc. Communicate status to group policy owners (end customers) & Brokers.

• Self-motivated, Self-disciplined, result oriented, well organized, and flexible with a sense of urgency approach Must be flexible to mirror / overlap US Daytime work hours

• Minimum six months of work experience in a related field is required. Experience in Insurance organizations.
