Job Title: Senior HVAC Project Engineer Company: Yudek Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Location: Chennai About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior HVAC Project Engineer to lead and manage end-to-end HVAC projects—from design and planning to execution and commissioning. This is a key technical and leadership role within our project team, offering the opportunity to work on high-impact commercial and industrial installations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, planning, and execution of HVAC systems for diverse projects (commercial, residential, industrial). Conduct detailed site assessments , prepare BOQs, and oversee installation, testing & commissioning. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors , and cross-functional internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets , and quality benchmarks . Manage on-site activities, provide technical guidance, and resolve real-time project challenges. Review and interpret HVAC drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents. Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety standards , and client specifications. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree (BE/BTech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering . 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC project engineering, execution, and system commissioning. Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment , systems (VRF, Chillers, AHU, Ducting, Piping), and relevant codes/standards (ASHRAE, ISHRAE). Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and HVAC load calculation software . Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects , vendor coordination, and client-facing responsibilities.
