Senior Civil Site Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Site Engineer – Civil with strong commercial project experience, particularly in high-rise structures. The ideal candidate will bring technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth project execution on-site while maintaining close coordination with consultants and client representatives. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings; ensure clarity and consistency with project specifications. Supervise and manage daily on-site activities ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and design standards. Collaborate effectively with client teams and consultants to align construction activities with design intent and timelines. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or challenges in GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and provide timely feedback. Recommend and implement value engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure clear communication of any site-related issues or modifications to the design and architectural teams. Monitor project progress, site coordination, contractor performance, and quality control. Ensure materials and workmanship adhere to design and specification standards. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. 8–12 years of relevant experience, with a focus on high-rise commercial and mixed-use developments. Hands-on experience with commercial project execution and coordination. Proficient in reading and understanding structural and architectural GFC drawings. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and legal guidelines.
