Key Responsibilities

• Oversee

  end-to-end HR operations

• Develop and implement

  for talent management, performance evaluation, and employee retention.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR dashboards, and reporting.
• Drive

  that foster a positive and collaborative remote work culture.
• Support leadership in building a structured and scalable HR department.
• Stay updated with HR best practices and adapt them for the ed-tech industry.

Must-Have Qualities

• Creative approach

  in problem-solving and HR practices.
• Knowledge of HRMS tools

  with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment.
• Ability to
