As a Senior Recruiter cum Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, ensuring target achievement, and optimizing the hiring process. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented, with a proven track record of delivering successful hires while mentoring and managing a team. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5+ recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Drive end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT (60%) & IT (40%) roles across different industries. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Ensure timely delivery of hiring targets in alignment with client requirements. Utilize HRMS software and ATS for tracking and managing candidate pipelines. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their talent needs and providing strategic hiring solutions. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular training to enhance productivity. Maintain recruitment metrics and reports, identifying areas for improvement. Work closely with leadership to enhance recruitment processes and optimize team performance. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong exposure to Non-IT (60%) and IT (40%) hiring. Proven track record of achieving hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. Experience in handling a team of at least 5 recruiters. Proficiency in HRMS software and ATS for recruitment management. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work with startups and mid-sized companies, adapting to dynamic hiring needs. Strong analytical skills to track recruitment performance and optimize processes.
