Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: 2–4 Years (preferably in recruitment consulting)

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & closing candidates.
  • Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
  • Manage candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, referrals & databases.
  • Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback & offer management.
  • Ensure joining & smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment/consulting (IT/Non-IT).
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and timelines.
  • Knowledge of job portals & sourcing techniques.
