Sr. HR Recruiter

About Us: Rainbow Group of Companies is a leading educational institution dedicated to providing quality education with a strong focus on student success. We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for both academic and non-academic roles.

Job Responsibilities

· Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

· Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

· Maintain and update the candidate database; ensure consistent and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.

· Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment strategies.

· Follow up with candidates on interview schedules, offer letters, and joining formalities.

· Track and maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and consultants.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Graduate in any discipline (HR or Business Administration preferred).

· 2–4 years of recruitment experience (experience in schools/educational institutions is an added advantage).

· Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), and ATS systems.

· Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

· Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
