Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function and align people strategy with company goals.
• Manage recruitment for all levels and ensure timely hiring.
• Oversee employee performance reviews and appraisals.
• Design training and development programs for skill enhancement.
• Handle employee engagement, motivation, and grievance redressal.
• Ensure payroll, compliance, and HR policies are followed.
• Build a positive and professional work culture.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• 15–20 years of HR experience, with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.

Skills Required

• Leadership and team management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of modern HR tools and practices.
• Ability to balance strategy with day-to-day execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:

• HR Manager: 10 years (Preferred)
