Key Responsibilities: Layout and format STM & school books using InDesign Follow company design protocols with precision and accuracy Create and edit graphics using Photoshop & Illustrator Manage both print and digital publishing workflows Execute corrections and maintain consistency across pages Troubleshoot layout/design issues and ensure quality output Handle server file management and generate print-ready PDFs Qualification: Bachelor's Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field 3+ years of experience in publication design Skills Required: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & Acrobat Strong grasp of composition, typography, and formatting Hands-on with tools like MathType and WoodWing plugin Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects Good communication, time management & multitasking skills A portfolio showcasing your design work (including personal projects, school assignments, or professional work) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Adobe InDesign: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
