Sr. Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in brand building, advertising standards, and performance-driven creative strategy. This role goes beyond traditional design — you will be at the intersection of branding, growth marketing, and creative direction, ensuring every visual asset reflects both brand identity and marketing effectiveness.

As a senior designer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing, performance, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns that drive results and elevate brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and design execution for brand campaigns, ad creatives, landing pages, and social media assets.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity systems, color palettes, and typography standards.
• Design impactful logos, brand identities, and ad creatives aligned with agency and industry best practices.
• Work with the performance marketing team to create data-driven creatives that enhance engagement, conversion, and growth.
• Translate marketing strategies into compelling visuals that connect with audiences across digital platforms.
• Ensure consistency and high-quality design standards across all creative deliverables.
• Stay updated on global design trends, ad agency practices, and growth marketing innovations.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (copywriters, marketers, and developers).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 3 years (Preferred)
