Sr. Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who takes pride in building secure, elegant, and high-performance systems. You’ll own everything from the frontend experience to backend infra and cloud deployment for Genloop’s enterprise platform—trusted to deliver reliable insights over structured data with zero delays or dependency bottlenecks.

We love engineers who obsess over sub-second load times, eliminate edge-case failures, and engineer systems that are as safe as they are seamless.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and ship secure full-stack applications using React/Next.js, Python/Node.

• Define infrastructure as code (IaC), automate deployments, and ensure system uptime with robust monitoring and alerting.

• Set up access control, logging, compliance pipelines, and audit readiness (SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.).

• Lead efforts on performance, observability, and platform reliability.

• Translate research and user feedback into fast, intuitive user experiences.

• Guide the engineering culture—code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building and scaling full-stack, cloud-native applications.

• Deep expertise in modern web stacks and cloud tools (Next.js, Node/Python, Docker, K8s, AWS/GCP).

• Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi.

• Experience building for regulated environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO27001).

• Strong product intuition—you care about the user journey as much as the system behind it.

• From a Tier 1 engineering college—or you’ve shipped open-source/systems work we’d want to brag about.
