Sr. Export Documentation Executive

You will lead the import team and oversee end-to-end import/export documentation while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. You will be responsible for coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure timely shipment clearance and delivery. Managing Letter of Credit (LC) procedures and foreign exchange requirements as per trade policies will also be a part of your role. Tracking and monitoring shipments, updating stakeholders, and resolving any delays or discrepancies will be crucial tasks in this position. You will need to maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions for audit and reporting purposes. Collaboration with suppliers, customers, and internal teams is essential to ensure seamless trade operations. Strict adherence to customs regulations, GST compliance, and duty structure policies is expected. Negotiating freight rates and contracts with service providers to optimize costs will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Staying informed about international trade laws, regulatory changes, and market trends is also necessary for this role. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits included.
