Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying targeted customer through emails, reference, Channel Partners Estate agents, interacting with potential customer finalizing the deals
  • Coordinating with Channel Partner, Brokers, and agents for Lead Generation and planning activities for the project
  • Preparing Market Survey, suggesting inputs to marketing team in contribute the decision making regarding the New Product launches, Pricing Strategy Product Positioning
  • Participation in other activities like Exhibitions, Promotional Events, Channel Partner meet, Press Conferences any other promotional activities in Coordination with peers, seniors, other departments, clients, external agencies for smooth functioning of sale deals, handling customer queries.
  • Ensuring good conversion ratio of leads.
  • Share proper feedback on leads generated through digital campaign which help improve the quality of leads
  • Take Initiatives towards generation of leads through references and conversion of same
  • Being face of organization for clients and ensure customer satisfaction
