Job Description

Experience in Plant warehouse operation.
Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Manage staff schedules, site logistics, supplies, and equipment. Coordinate between departments (HR, logistics, procurement, safety, etc.).
Ensure production/service targets and deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Ensure that all site activities follow local, and industry-specific regulations
Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify compliance. Maintain documentation and records required for audits or inspections.
Lead safety training and ensure employees follow protocols. Investigate incidents or near misses and implement corrective actions.
Generate compliance reports, operational summaries, and incident logs,
Report non-compliance issues and assist in resolving them quickly.
Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and clients,
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
