Sr Executive/Assistant Manager – EA of Director

· Assist the Director in reviewing technical documents, reports, and project updates related to ceramic manufacturing, R&D, and production.

· Coordinate technical meetings, presentations, and reviews on product development, quality, and process optimization.

· Prepare project timelines, status reports, and action plans for the Director’s review. Analyze technical and business data to prepare performance dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations.

· Use advanced Excel skills to compile data on productivity, raw materials, costs, and quality metrics.

· Create charts, graphs, and visuals for internal and external reporting.

· Draft internal and external communications, memos, minutes of meetings, and follow-up emails on behalf of the Director.

· Maintain proper documentation of confidential and strategic information.

· Serve as the Director’s point of contact for internal departments and select external stakeholders.

· Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

· Ensure all necessary materials, reports, and documents are prepared in advance of meetings.

· Handle all sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and integrity.

· Represent the Director in meetings when delegated, with professionalism and a clear understanding of technical matters.

Desired Candidate Profile: (Male Only)

· B.E./B. Tech in Ceramics or Materials Engineering

· 4–5 years of experience.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), email communication, and project tracking tools, Power BI

· Ability to balance technical and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
