Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Sr Executive position at XpressBees. The Sr Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing logistics processes, and ensuring timely delivery of packages. Duties include coordinating with various departments, operations, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication with internal teams and external partners to drive operational excellence and meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and handling the B2B clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Excel.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in e-commerce logistics is a plus
