Job Description

Designation: Sr. Executive Training, OD & Development

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 3 to 8 years in Training, OD & HR Development (preferably in manufacturing setup)

Reporting to: HR Head

Role : (Business expectation from position/contribution to business objectives)

To ensure effective planning and execution of Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development (OD) interventions, Skill & Competency Mapping, Employee Education & Capability Building and Culture Development Programs. This role contributes directly to workforce capability, productivity and organizational culture at Jupalco thereby supporting business sustainability and growth.

Responsibility: (Tasks/Activities required to full fill expected results of Role)

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for workers, staff and managers.
  • Prepare and execute the annual training calendar (technical, behavioral, compliance and leadership).
  • Maintain training records and MIS and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Design and implement OD interventions (LEAP, CAP, PACE, Skill Matrix 360, Kaizen 5S Drive).
  • Conduct Skill Mapping, Skill Matrix and Competency Mapping for all employees.
  • Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) based on competency gaps.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives (J-CONNECT, Udaan, Fit@Jupalco, GreenSteps) and culture building programs.
  • Coordinate Rewards & Recognition (Star of the Month, Team Excellence Award, Kaizen Champion Award, Service Milestone Award, Living the Values Award).
  • Promote Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement culture.
  • Support employee education initiatives, career growth and learning opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment of training and OD initiatives with business goals.
