Job Description

Executive / Sr. Executive Marketing & Sales (Post-Order Execution)

Job Title:

Executive / Sr. Executive Marketing & Sales (Post-Order)

Department:

Marketing

Reporting To:

Head of Department

Education:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

05 to 08 Years in Tendering and Post order tendering.

Key Responsibilities / Account abilities:

Review customer orders and manage acceptance communication.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams
(Engineering, Sourcing, Project, QA, etc.) for all post-order execution activities.
Work with
Finance & Commercial team for Bank Guarantees (BGs)
and ensure timely submission to customers.
Coordinate with the Technical Team
for preparing and submitting technical documents.
Follow-up for
drawing/technical approvals
with customers.
Prepare contract agreements
as per tender requirements.
Plan, coordinate & organize Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
with customers.
Prepare and manage
Payment Terms, Warranty clauses, LD clauses, Price terms
, etc.
Maintain
accurate documentation
for each order and ensure proper handover for execution.
Contribute to
Kaizen / process improvement activities.
Maintain a
database of EMDs submitted
and ensure timely collection of EMDs for closed tenders.
Prepare and update
Budget vs Actual
data for sales, order booking, and payment collection.
Submit bills to customers & follow up for payments
till realization.
Prepare Sales MIS
and required reports.
Handle SAP SD Module & PS Module
(all sales-related transactions).
Manage complete cycle from order receipt to payment collection.
