Job Description

1) Support and maintenance of Infor ERP LN on Prem, Infor CSIE and BaaN

2) Software Delivery to GEG

3) HR, Audit, QA Compliance Competencies

Installation of application, patches and custom solutions
Offer technical support to clients by responding to questions and concerns
Troubleshoot application issues, provide corrective steps to clients and direct them to appropriate department if further assistance is needed
Be prepared for round the clock support to resolve any show stopper issue and keep system up and running
Prepare and maintain documentation in order to have an issue repository
Help company avoid legal challenges by monitoring service and compliance agreements
Improve system performance by solving problems and recommending effective changes
Periodically update knowledge base on all relevant technologies by maintaining personal networks and participating in educational opportunities
Work as per processes laid down under QMS and ISMS audit standards

Qualification Details

Bachelor of Engineering OR BSC

Special Skill

Essential : Certification in any software
