Role Description

The Sr. Executive Sales - Real Estate is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves generating leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and assisting them throughout the property buying, selling, or renting process. Key responsibilities include managing sales proposals, delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on market trends. The role requires active collaboration with clients, peers, and leadership teams to drive business growth.

• Proven sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of the real estate market, property trends, and a network of industry contacts
• Proficiency in CRM or property management tools and sales processes
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
