Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
○ Identify and visit potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
○ Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed business.
○ Promote MaxVolt products to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
2. Field Sales Activities
○ Conduct regular field visits in the assigned region.
○ Perform product demonstrations and sales presentations.
○ Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and clients.
3. Achieving Sales Targets
○ Achieve monthly and quarterly salestargets.
○ Contribute to market expansion plans and strategies.
○ Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager for territory development.
4. Customer Relationship Management
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
○ Ensure customersatisfaction and timely query resolution.
○ Foster repeat business opportunities.
5. Market & Competitor Analysis
○ Gather market intelligence related to pricing, competition, and customer needs.
○ Share regular insights to support business decisions.
6. Reporting & Documentation
○ Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
○ Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and support
Required Skills:
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Experience in field sales is mandatory
● Good negotiation and convincing ability
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
● Basic knowledge ofsales processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
