Its operations combine manufacturing expertise with project execution capabilities, serving clients across multiple industrial sectors.

We have an urgent job opening in our Head Office in Faridabad (H.R). Details of job has been given below:

Venue:

Plot No -29, Ashoka Enclave 3, DLF Industrial Area, Phase-II, Faridabad, Haryana 121013. Nearest metro station NHPC Faridabad.

Walk in Interview Time: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)

Job Role: Sr. Executive - Recruitment

Experience: 5-8 Years

Key Responsibilities

· Talent Sourcing: Find candidates via online platforms, professional networks, social media, and referrals.

· Job Posting: Write and update compelling job descriptions and post openings on career pages, job boards, and social media.

· Screening & Selection: Review applications, conduct phone/video/in-person interviews, and administer assessments.

· Hiring Manager Collaboration: Understand departmental needs and present qualified shortlists.

· Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and manage the hiring process through to onboarding.

· Employer Branding: Represent the company culture and build a strong talent pipeline.

· Admin & Reporting: Maintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and track recruitment metrics.

Computer Proficiency: Advance Excel
