Job Description

Job Summary Incumbent will be responsible for the entire life cycle of the blue-collar employees including all the statutory compliances & administrative support for staff. Main Responsibilities Manpower planning in consultation with Operation team Recruitment of blue-collar employees – trainee or thru’ contractors, using various sources Onboarding, Skill Matrix, Training & Development of the blue-collar employees in coordination with the respective Operation team(s) Contract Labor Management & related compliances Ensure all statutory compliance with respect to operating the factory – license & renewal, returns, documents concerning appropriate government agencies Provide administrative support to staff members Maintain leave record, time office, transportation, canteen management Maintain documents as per the QMS & EMS Process Safety officer responsibility for the region Maintain documentation, following up & implementation of action plan with respect to RBA compliance & meet out audit requirements EDUCATION Graduate & MBA / MPM / MLM Experience 7 to 8 Years of experience in Personnel & Administration function in a small to medium sized manufacturing company LANGUAGES Proficiency in local language & fluent in English Skills And Competences People skills, Good knowledge on statutory skills, influencing Additional Information Working in manufacturing setup with min. 100 employees as In-charge of P&A function / 2nd in line in a medium scale industry Show more Show less
