Positions Available – Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)-Packaging Design (Job Code-GET Packaging Design) Engineer-Packaging Design (Job Code-Engineer Packaging Design) Senior Engineer-Packaging Design (Job Code-Sr. Engineer Packaging Design) Manager Level-Packaging Design (Job Code-Manager Packaging Design) Experience Required - Between 0 to 15 years Key Responsibilities- The Incumbent is responsible for developing an optimized packaging solution meeting customer needs in all aspect. Work closely with the business development team of the region to understand the customer need Interact with customers (various stakeholders) independently / along with sales team to get the desired inputs for developing a packaging concept Develop optimized design concept(s) in coordination with Sales + CFT team (based on the requirement) meeting customer & internal demands Present the concept along with sales team to customer for improvements and or firming up (buy in from customer) Coordinate with SU team / suppliers for prototype Testing, validation & proving of developed design / solution Making production drawing as per the Nefab standards Ensure all the reporting is made as per the internal requirement Maintain documents as per the QMS & EMS Process Education – Degree / Diploma in Engineering Required Skills - Innovative, Creative, AutoCAD & related design software, Testing & validation, Costing, product knowledge, Eye for details Languages – Proficiency in local language & fluent in English Additional Information – Design & application engineering background in a light engineering, machine building, material handling, storage solution, logistics industries preferred Advantageous if the person has direct exposure to industrial packaging To Apply - Interested Candidates can submit their resume at parimal.haridas@nefab.com mentioning Preferred Location followed by Job Code of Position in subject line of the mail (For Example : Pune-Engineer Packaging Design) with below details – Experience – Current CTC – Expected CTC – Notice Period – Show more Show less
