Leading Health Insurance Company is hiring inside sales executives - Females only ( Mega Drive) Email- karan@contactxindia.com Contact- 8859766816 Role & responsibilities Diversity - Female Candidates Only Qualification- Any Graduate Job Brief We are currently hiring a Sr. Executive- Inside Sales- Health Insurance to lead our Sales function with the purpose of the companys strategic goals Role and Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Outreach: 2. Contact prospective customers via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels. 3. Generate leads through cold calling, inbound inquiries, and other marketing activities. 4. Qualify leads based on the customers health needs and financial requirements. 5. Product Presentation & Information: 6. Explain and discuss the benefits and features of health insurance policies. 7. Provide detailed product information and offer advice on the most suitable health insurance plans based on the customer’s profile. o 8. Address customer queries and concerns related to policies, premiums, coverage, and exclusions. 3. Sales Conversion: o 9. Close sales by actively persuading customers to purchase health insurance plans. o 10. Handle objections, negotiate terms, and ensure that customers understand the value proposition. o 11. Ensure that the sales process is followed and meet the sales targets set by the management. 12. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Qualifications and Skills: Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any field. Certifications or training in sales or insurance Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Experience in selling health insurance or similar financial products is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi. Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and meet targets. Good understanding of health insurance products and industry regulations. Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
