Sr. Executive – Information Technology

Role Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled senior IT support engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our IT support team. The role involves providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

End-User & Technical Support

● Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to users via phone, email, chat, remote tools, and in-person assistance.

● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.

● Diagnose and resolve software and operating system issues (primarily Windows; basic exposure to macOS/Linux).

System & Application Support

● Install, configure, and maintain standard software applications and system updates.

● Perform routine system maintenance, patch deployments, and basic backup activities.

● Assist with troubleshooting Microsoft Office and other enterprise applications.

User Account & Access Management

● Manage user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 / Office 365, including password resets, access permissions, and group policies.

● Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

Network & Connectivity Support

● Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.

● Escalate complex network or infrastructure issues to senior IT or vendors as required.

IT Asset & Documentation Management

● Maintain IT asset inventory, tagging, and lifecycle tracking.

● Update and manage support tickets through ticketing systems, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
