Sr. Executive – HR (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, and leave
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF, etc.)
• Oversee contract labour documentation, muster roll, and contractor coordination
• Liaison with government/labour departments for inspections and compliance
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction, and confirmation process
• Support workforce deployment and manpower planning based on shift/load
• Maintain HR records, statutory registers, and support internal/external audits
• Address employee grievances (blue & white collar) and support disciplinary actions
• Monitor and manage canteen operations, hygiene, and food distribution records
• Ensure prompt redressal of workers’ concerns on the shopfloor
• Conduct welfare activities and engage with contract and permanent workmen
• Operate and update HRMS and maintain accurate HR MIS reports

Work Type:
Full-time | Factory-based | 6-day working (Day & Night Shifts)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
